Enquiry Handling

Whenever anyone fills in your 'Contact Us' form the systems will automatically email whatever email address you specify with the enquiry details. In addition to this it will also log the email in the database as shown below. By clicking on the magnifying glass you can see the details of the enquiry. The data items you ask for on the 'Contact Us' form is configurable by you.

Emails of course get deleted or lost in a sea of other emails. This method gives you the best of both worlds in that it also provides you with a permanent record of every enquiry that has ever been made on your website.

Note the system also allows you to set an enquiry's status to either 'Responded' or 'Not Responded' if you wish to use this management feature.
