Adding Users

The system allows you to:

  • Display users in first name order
  • Display users in second name order
  • Display users in user name order
  • Select all or only active, inactive or deleted users
  • Select all or only managers or users
  • Make a user a website manager
  • Set a user as deleted
  • Set a user so they are inactive
  • Allow a user access to your Intranet (your private pages)
  • See the number of times a user has logged on
  • See when a user last logged on
Note that a user will be made inactive automatically if they make a specified number of failed login attempts.

Note that by clicking on the magnifying glass you will be presented with a new screen that allows you to update other user details.
